These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms and Conditions”) are webshop for the sale of bottled wines under the domain name https://www.fodorvin.hu (hereinafter referred to as “Webshop”) operated by Gyula Fodor, a self-employed (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider) and the consumer who is 18 years of age (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) who buys the products he sells. 3. Showable products, prices, promotions
3.1. The prices shown on the products are in HUF, they include the statutory VAT, but do not include the home delivery fee.
3.2. In the Webshop the Service Provider gives a detailed description of the name, description and photos of the products. Images displayed on a product datasheet may differ from reality, as an illustration. The Service Provider is not responsible for the difference due to the appearance of the website and the actual appearance of the product.
3.3. The Webshop reserves the right to change the price. If the price changes, the ordered product will be delivered at the order price.
3.4. When a promotional price is introduced, the Service Provider provides full information on the action.

4. Process of ordering

The order is delivered by clicking the “Order” button, which creates a payment obligation to the Buyer. The service provider will soon notify the confirmation of the order at the given e-mail address. In spite of all the negligence of the webshop, a defective price is placed on the webshop surface (in particular, the obviously false price: the product is significantly different from the generally accepted or estimated price of the product, possibly due to a system failure) the Service Provider is not obliged to deliver the product at an incorrect price but offers the correct price. In this case, the Buyer may refrain from purchasing.
The order ordered by the webshop is delivered by courier, and the buyer will pay the final amount of the order to the courier in cash.

The expected delivery time of the products is 1-4 working days.
Cost of transport to the house throughout the country (prices include VAT) is 2000 HUF, it is free of charge for purchases over 20 000 HUF.
8. Pick Pack Point Service
Pick Pack Points service throughout the country (prices include VAT) 1500 HUF for free under 20 000 HUF, over 20 000 HUF is free of charge. The product can only be dispatched if we do not have a Pick Pack Exact Order for the given day only (Sprinter Courier Service by a Limited Liability Company).
9. Personal takeover
If the Customer chooses personal acceptance, the order will not be subject to a delivery fee.

10. Delivery of the product
The Sprinter Courier will send an SMS on the expected date of arrival (3 hours interval) on the day of delivery. Sprinter accepts no liability for SMS accuracy.
If the delivery address specified by the Buyer and the receipt of the package fail, the courier will attempt to deliver the ordered products for another 1 time. The courier attempts to deliver twice but if the second delivery is unsuccessful – for reasons attributable to the Buyer – the Service Provider may withdraw from the contract and claim compensation for damages, in particular the reimbursement of the costs of delivery. If the Service Provider terminates the contract, the amount paid by the bank transfer will be returned to the buyer and will be returned to the buyer after the deduction of the transport cost (offset).
11. Receipt of Product
At the time of receipt of the product, the buyer is obliged to examine immediately whether the packaging of the delivered product(s) has not been damaged and that all ordered products have been shipped. With the receipt of the product from the courier or the receipt of the document of receipt, the quantity and quality of the product will be received, which means that after the receipt the Supplier can not accept the subsequent quantitative and qualitative complaint. By signing the delivery note, the Buyer acknowledges that the package received is in accordance with the terms of its order (both the contents of the package, the packaging or the product are not damaged).
The Buyer is not obliged to take delivery of the products delivered with defective packaging or, in case of incomplete shipment, he / she is not obliged to accept delivery. In the case of cash on delivery, the value is not to be paid. In this case, a record shall be added, indicating any damage to the packaging and any deficiencies. The minutes must be signed by both the Buyer and the courier of the courier service.
If the Buyer does not stop purchasing, the Service Provider is obliged to deliver the ordered products within 14 days of the inclusion of the above report.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any possible damage to the packaging or for any defect, damage or inconvenience caused by the injury and for any defect that is not covered by the minutes in the event of injury or defect.
12. Right of withdrawal: Buyer
The Buyer can withdraw from the contract within 14 working days without reason. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the day when the goods were taken over. The Service Provider is obliged to refund the amount paid by the Buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days after the withdrawal. The Buyer shall bear the costs incurred in returning the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In addition, the Buyer is not liable for any other costs. The Service Provider may claim compensation for damage resulting from improper use of the product. If, on the basis of the right of withdrawal, the returned goods are not defective in re-soldable condition, the Buyer shall be liable for damages if the deterioration or failure of the goods or their inability to return was caused by intent or negligence.
