We offer a real speciality from our grapes harvested in mid-October. Long-lasting shelling contributed to the correct amount of tannins in the wine and the formation of ruby-red colour. The aging of the first and second filling barrique barrels for half a year played a major role in making our wine really round. Typically spicy, succulent, in the smell and taste, black currant and blackberry can be easily recognized, but vanilla and chocolate flavour from the use of proper barrels are also visible. Consumption temperature: 14-16 °C. Recommended for vension and beef dishes.
